Paid Orders
If your paid order is not delivered within 72 hours of the confirmed start time, you are eligible for a full refund or re-delivery at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Cases
Orders that have already started delivery, orders where the profile was private/deleted, and orders where incorrect URLs were provided are not eligible for refunds.
